These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Real Big Deal platform (“RBD”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a product of Startedby LLC. By accessing or using our website, applications, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. OVERVIEW

Real Big Deal is an AI-powered publishing platform that enables individuals and organizations to create, publish, and distribute content to media destinations. RBD includes tools for article generation, public profile pages, social sharing, influencer distribution, and publishing to third-party media partners.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use RBD. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

You retain ownership of any content, materials, or data you submit to RBD, including article input, logos, bios, and profile information.

By submitting content to our platform, you grant RBD and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, adapt, publish, distribute, and display that content across RBD-owned or partner media outlets, public profiles, and promotional formats.

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Our platform uses AI models to assist in generating articles, summaries, and social posts. You acknowledge that:

- Some content on the platform may be AI-generated.

- We do not guarantee the factual accuracy of AI-generated output.

- You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication.

5. PROFILES AND PUBLIC VISIBILITY

When you create a user or organization profile, selected details (such as name, logo, article contributions, and affiliations) may appear on public-facing pages (e.g., rbd.bio/yourname). You agree to allow public display of such information unless your account settings specify otherwise.

6. PAID SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

RBD offers paid monthly plans that include a set number of article credits. These credits may be used to generate and publish content across RBD-owned or affiliated platforms.

- Credits do not expire and may be saved for future use unless otherwise stated.

- Article purchases are non-refundable once submitted for processing.

- We may adjust pricing or available features at any time, with advance notice.

7. THIRD-PARTY PUBLISHERS (RBD NETWORK)

RBD enables users to publish articles to third-party media partners within the RBD Network.

- Each publisher sets their own publishing fee, which is displayed at the time of article submission.

- Once a user selects a third-party outlet and confirms payment, the article may be published with or without minor edits.

- Users may be given the option to review edits before publication, where applicable.

- Publisher revenue is split 70% to the publisher, 30% to RBD.

- RBD is not responsible for publisher editing decisions, final layout, or distribution practices.

8. INFLUENCER PROMOTION (A-LIST NETWORK)

Users may optionally promote their articles via participating influencers in the A-List Network.

- A separate fee applies for influencer promotion.

- RBD facilitates this connection and payment process, but does not guarantee reach or performance metrics.

9. LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

- RBD makes no guarantees regarding search visibility, traffic, or social media performance.

- RBD is not responsible for content posted on third-party platforms.

- We reserve the right to remove or suspend content that violates our content guidelines or legal policies.

10. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the platform, other users, or our partners.

11. PRIVACY

Your use of RBD is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell user data and take appropriate measures to protect your information.

12. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
